Learning and Development Manager
The objective of the Learning and Development Manager is to bring out the best in every person and team so that we can bring out the extraordinary in every child. The Learning and Development Manager delivers focused, efficient and innovative learning and development programs and experiences thoughtfully designed to help our professionals best serve at every stage of their career.
This Dublin, California-based position supports learning for 60 professionals who serve more than 700 families in the Bay Area. All services, as well as this role, are in-person at this time.
Your Responsibilities
As the Learning and Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in unleashing the potential of early childhood educators, pediatric therapists, and administrators at the School of Imagination and Happy Talkers. By designing and implementing cutting-edge learning and development strategies, you will empower these professionals to fulfill the organization's mission of bringing out the extraordinary in every child.
